This wine blends our younger Pedro Ximenez wine, with its characteristic aromas of fresh raisins, and our much older, dry Oloroso, resulting in a very original, authentic, and truly exceptional sherry. It is a wine out of the ordinary with over 20 years of ageing, guaranteed by its VOS rating.
Limited and numbered production of 1,800 bottles per year.
