A classic and exceptional wine resulting from the combination of the two forms of traditional Jerez ageing methods; an initial phase of biological ageing, under ‘velo de flor' - a local yeast coating -, lasting 10 years and then a second phase of oxidative ageing lasting over 20 years. It's this combination that makes this wine a symbol of elegance and complexity.
Limited and numbered production of 2,400 bottles per year.
