Featuring the deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, the Vintage Bruton Beauty is a multi-award-winning cheddar covered in its iconic burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. At that point the very best cheese are slected to be made into one of the legendary truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture.
All the Godminster cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives, and they are suitable for vegetarians.
